The Douro-Dummer Township Offices in Warsaw, Ontario were renovated in 2010 which included a 3,600 square foot addition to enlarge the Council Chamber and Council offices. This project brought the entire building to current standards of accessibility with the addition of an elevator and ramp. Lexi Kolt-Wagner was the architect of record and provided architectural design and production drawings while employed at Greer Galloway Inc. in Peterborough.

The original town hall, built in 1902 has seen many additions over the years and is sited on a picturesque meadow fronting The Indian River which runs through the township. The hamlet has several charming 19th century houses nearby. Materials such as red brick and rough-hewn stone were chosen to create continuity with the rural surroundings. An outdoor courtyard was designed for formal and informal gatherings. The courtyard also provides the point of entry to the Township's Council Chamber, located at the lower level.
